The Success League doesn’t only offer Customer Success consulting and coaching, we also offer certified training programs for both CSMs and CS Leaders!
All of our classes are live, online, and expert-led which proves invaluable for long-term learning, as well as interacting with peers in class.
CS Leadership Program: We teach CS leaders to be more focused on data: customer value, metrics, goals, and outcomes. We prepare them to work with senior executives and board members and deliver a solid return on investment in customer success.
CSM Program: Be a part of our accredited, comprehensive learning experience! It’s designed to provide CS professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.
All of our training is modular, so you can find what works best for based on your budget and individual training needs. You can opt for a full certification (CSM or CS Leadership), a single 5- or 7- class training series, or even an individual CS Leadership class. Completion of all classes and series (assessment required for series) earn badges for LinkedIn as well as certificates. Private training available for groups of 10 or more.
