This program isn’t leadership theory, it is leadership practice, specifically in customer success. We teach you how to think about leadership through the lens of customer success. While we offer classes on management basics, we always present the specifics that are important to a CS leader.
The Success League teaches customer success leaders to be more focused on data: customer value, metrics, goals, and outcomes. We prepare them to work with senior executives and board members and deliver a solid return on investment in customer success.
As a CS leader, you need the skills to build a CS program, scale it for growth, and refine it over time. The Success League offers a series of 15 online, expert-led classes designed for success leaders, each with a business model you can use to set up your program, drive change, build your team, and demonstrate your program’s performance. The leaders who participate in our program appreciate networking with other leaders, access to an experienced CS advisor, and proven CS models they can use right away.
Started in 2017, our CS Leadership Certification program is the longest running CS leadership training program in the field and is backed by over 100 years combined experience from our team. The proven models we use in our consulting practice are the models we share in this program. Our goal is to set the leaders and future leaders of the customer success field up for, well, success!
