Navigating Large Enterprises - Take a strategic look at important steps to successfully navigate large and complex customer organizations including budgeting, procurement and the Master Services Agreement.

Using Data to Lead Customer Strategy - Learn what it takes to be a senior CSM. Evaluate your skill set in the areas of communication, relationship building, selling, problem solving and driving results.

Driving Customer Change - Deep dive into the process of change management and why this is a vital skill for a senior CSM. How to drive internal change and customer change as well as creating a culture open to change. 

Leading With Influence- Learn how to be an internal leader even when you are on the path of an individual contributor. Leverage the position of the CSM to create cross-functional teams focused on customer experience. 

Advancing Your Career as a Senior CSM - Learn how to distinguish yourself as a valuable asset to your company and customers. Learn techniques for elevating your personal brand to increase visibility, responsibility and compensation. 

These live, online, instructor-led classes are 60-minutes each and will be held once weekly, for 5 concurrent weeks. If you cannot make a class, you will be placed in the next offering of that session, which will be approximately one month later.

This course is scheduled for Thursdays at 9am Pacific from July 11-August 8, 2024.
